Project Information

This stunning double-storey extension, located in the S18 area near Dronfield, showcases the ultimate in modern living, combining a luxurious open-plan kitchen with an underground man cave. Perfectly designed and executed by our expert team, the project is a testament to premium craftsmanship and functionality.

The project began with the removal of the existing conservatory and excavation for the subterranean level. We constructed reinforced retaining walls using poured concrete and fully tanked the underground space to ensure durability and water resistance. The entire area was insulated, and underfloor heating was installed, with screed poured to create a perfectly level surface, ready for large-format tiles.

The ground floor extension houses a breathtaking kitchen, featuring Farrow & Ball Manor House Grey cabinetry paired with a contrasting Hague Blue kitchen island. The worktops are crafted from Carrara quartz, offering a sleek and timeless aesthetic. AEG appliances were installed throughout, providing top-tier functionality for any modern kitchen. Expansive glazing floods the kitchen with natural light, offering panoramic views over the Dronfield valley. The open-plan design ensures the space is perfect for entertaining and family life.
